Paul has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry delivering a wide range of developments across all sectors in the South West region. He has held senior roles at a number of leading Architect practices in the South West looking after a team of experienced members.

John Collar

Director

John is a fully qualified Architect with 12 years experience working in the industry. Whilst he is an 'all rounder', his particular strength lies in design. He takes a strategic and holistic approach to each project, balancing the client aspirations and budget with the site constraints and context.

Ashley Harrison

Director

Ashley is a highly creative Architect, with an holistic approach to design who leads Brighton office. With the use of various techniques, including freehand sketching and 3D modelling, he efficiently develops and unlocks schemes to realise client aspirations. Ashley has a vast amount of experience across multiple sectors, including residential, education and commercial; from concept through to completion.

Sophie Coker

Studio Administrator

Sophie is PMR’s Studio Administrator and the first point of contact for many clients and collaborators. She supports the day-to-day running of the practice, coordinating enquiries, organising project information and keeping studio operations running smoothly. With a calm and friendly approach, she helps the team stay focused and ensures the studio remains an organised and welcoming place for both staff and visitors.

Matthew Coker

Associate

Having achieved a first-class honorary degree in Architecture and Planning, and subsequently a distinction as a Master of Architecture, Matthew is an RIBA Chartered Architect with over ten years of experience working on a wide range of projects across numerous sectors within the South West.

Shaun Davey

Associate

Shaun is an enthusiastic and imaginative qualified Architect with experience working on a range of projects at previous award winning architect practices in London and the South West. He is an avid hand drawer and uses these skills to communicate ideas to clients and other professionals in a clear and composed manner.

Michael Pirrie

Senior Architect

Michael has over 10 years of experience in the residential sector across the South East, working on a range of projects from large housing developments to smaller bespoke schemes. He has been involved across all stages of the RIBA plan of work and brings a keen eye for design alongside a practical, hands-on approach to project delivery. Michael is also a committee member for RIBA Sussex and Chair of the Small and Emerging Practices Group.

Rebeca Villanueva

Architect

Rebeca is an ARB-registered Architect with 10 years’ experience working on education, housing, mixed-use, and commercial projects. She has worked internationally in Germany and Greece and has a keen interest in Passive House and BIM design. Rebeca brings strong technical skills and attention to detail to deliver well-coordinated and sustainable design solutions.

Sam Chapman

Senior Architectural Technician

Sam is an experienced Architectural Technician having worked primarily in the South West region for over 15 years and has worked on projects from concept through to completion. His knowledge in the construction industry expands across a variety of sectors including commercial, healthcare and residential and has an acute eye for detail.

Adi Board

Senior Architectural Technician

Adi has over 30 years experience in the construction industry including 20 years of project management and design in tourist attraction development. The last 5 years Adi has spent designing new build housing and domestic projects to a high standard.

Anuja Dongre

Architectural Assistant

Anuja is a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with over four years of experience in the UK, primarily focused on residential projects ranging from private homes to high-rise developments. She has also contributed to several commercial schemes, which has broadened her approach to design. Anuja has a particular interest in thoughtful, context-led architecture and enjoys working across all stages of the design process.

Joe Hill

Architectural Assistant

Joe is a young and aspiring designer. Alongside working at PMR Architecture he is studying his Level 3 T-Levels part time at Exeter College in design, surveying and planning. He has completed his first year of the course which included one year of work experience with the company. During this time he has been to a handful of client meetings and concluded various projects.
